Terms & Conditions / Policy Guidelines

Pricing Policy

• B2B Database pricing starts from ₹26 per contact for Email IDs.

• Mobile numbers, direct dials, and additional data fields are charged separately.

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 contacts.

• Pricing varies based on industry, geography, job titles, seniority levels, data fields, customization requirements, and order volume.

• For larger volumes and qualifying criteria, pricing may be available from ₹15 per contact onwards.

• Customized orders, suppression lists, account-based targeting, and advanced filtering requirements may attract separate pricing.

• Bulk orders and long-term engagements may qualify for special commercial pricing.

• Prices are subject to revision without prior notice at the sole discretion of management.

• Once a formal proposal is issued by BinaryClues, the quoted pricing shall remain valid as per the proposal terms.

• Pricing is applicable per individual purchase and cannot be combined across multiple orders unless approved in writing by BinaryClues.

Project Scope & Delivery

• All services are initiated only after detailed discussions, requirement gathering, and mutual confirmation of project scope and deliverables.

• Database delivery timelines generally range from 4 to 14 working business days, depending on volume, criteria, verification requirements, and client responsiveness.

• Timelines for Digital Marketing, CRM Implementation, Website Development, Software Development, and other customized services depend on project scope, integrations, approvals, and client requirements and therefore cannot be pre-defined.

• Project timelines are finalized and communicated at the commencement of each project.

• Delays arising due to client approvals, content submissions, third-party dependencies, technical constraints, or force majeure events shall not be considered delays attributable to BinaryClues.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• As a service-based organization, all projects are executed based on mutually agreed requirements and deliverables.

• Refund requests are rare due to the customized nature of our services and the detailed pre-project consultation process.

• Refunds shall not be applicable for services already delivered, consumed, approved, downloaded, utilized, or executed.

• Any refund request arising from exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered only through mutual written agreement.

• Replacement will be done on the basis of proof of hard-bounce report from email marketing tool 
  

• BinaryClues reserves the right to offer rectification, replacement, additional service credits, customization, or alternative solutions before processing any refund request.

• For database services, concerns regarding data quality must be supported by valid reports, including bounce reports, verification reports, or documented evidence. Any evaluation shall be based on industry-standard acceptable data accuracy levels.

• For Digital Marketing services, refunds shall not apply to completed activities, campaign management, consultations, strategy development, creative work, optimization efforts, or platform-driven performance fluctuations. Any unused advertising budget, where applicable, may be reviewed separately.

• For CRM, Website Development, Software Development, and Technology Services, refunds may only be considered if a material service deficiency is solely attributable to BinaryClues and cannot reasonably be rectified by our team.

• No refunds shall be applicable for changes in business requirements, project abandonment, delayed client responses, third-party platform restrictions, policy changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any approved refund shall be processed only after internal review and mutual written confirmation.

Payment Policy

• BinaryClues does not operate through a mandatory payment gateway.

• Payments may be accepted through Bank Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, International Wire Transfers, and other mutually agreed payment methods.

• Payment methods are finalized during project discussions based on client location, convenience, and transaction feasibility.

• Services commence only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or as per mutually agreed commercial terms.

General Policy

• BinaryClues utilizes only legitimate and commercially available data sources for database-related services.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and communication policies while utilizing purchased data.

• BinaryClues reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or withdraw any service, pricing, policy, or offering without prior notice.

• By engaging with BinaryClues, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any project-specific agreements executed between both parties.
